The Immigration Bureau will never request money through phone calls or emails!
Please be cautious and avoid sharing personal information easily with others.

【Examples of Suspicious Contacts】

• A phone call claiming your residence card (zairyuu card) has issues and will be invalidated.
• A phone call stating that your passport has a problem and you need to pay bail to avoid detention.
• An email stating that if you don’t update your visa information, you’ll be fined 2 million yen.
