Notice from the Immigration Services Agency of Japan.
Starting from September 1, 2025, Vietnamese nationals will be required to submit a Tuberculosis-Free Certificate when applying for a visa.

This certificate must be issued by hospitals in Vietnam designated by the Japanese government.
